Jan 22, 2019 · Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) refers to the approved continuing legal education required of California attorneys. Attorneys, including those who are Exempt, are required to submit a Compliance Card to the State Bar to verify that they have complied with their MCLE requirement. However, all Exempt members, including these members, must report compliance. Simply mark the box that corresponds to the type of exemption applicable for 32 months or more of the compliance period.
